English is a complicated language with rules and exceptions to rules. Therefore, it is important to immerse yourself in the language. Watch TV, listen to others speaking, listen to English songs, and find someone who speaks the language to help you. It would be beneficial to buy a pocket dictionary to look up words you don't understand what they mean.
There are sites online that would help with writing and vocabulary, but speaking English correctly almost demands practice with an English-speaking person.
There are some tapes for sale online that would also help.
Type "ESL" in your web browser, and you will find many free resources for reading and writing English, but nothing is as beneficial to learning to speak English as actually speaking to English-speaking people.
Here are some examples of the resources you'll find online. There is a ton more.
